A few things I've built.
AI Video Creative Engine
An end-to-end AI system that turns raw footage into finished ad creatives — analyzing source video, cutting the strongest moments, adding subtitles and voiceover, and outputting ready-to-run creatives at scale.
Result: scaled one team's output from ~10K to ~350K videos a week (35×) and shrank the editing team from ~70 people to 4 — with quality metrics holding flat.
Svoi.eu — Subscription Discounts App
A membership app that gives subscribers unlimited access to exclusive discounts and promo codes across local businesses — restaurants, services, and venues — city-wide in Warsaw.
Highlight: taken from zero to published on the App Store and Google Play, with working in-app subscriptions, in about 6 days.
HeatVision — Smart Home Climate Platform
A connected-home platform for temperature control: customers buy the hardware, connect it to their boiler, place thermostats in each room, and run everything from one app — with eco modes and per-room automation.
Highlight: full-stack from device to app, including the backend data model that powers multi-room, multi-device control.
